Create New Ticket

Guidelines. Read this first!

  • Read the wiki page about the most common problems.
  • Please make sure to search or browse for existing tickets before reporting a new one!
  • For support, please visit the help pages and the forum.
  • If you have trouble connecting to a server, try to resolve the issue with the assistance of your hosting service provider. If you don't, your ticket will be closed with a resolution of thirdparty.
  • Please only put one issue in each ticket. File multiple tickets if you can confirm multiple bugs.
  • Try to write a well descriptive summary of the issue.
  • When reporting an FTP issue, always include the full transcript from View → Log Drawer.
  • You might want to check if the issue has been already fixed in the latest nightly build available.
  • To include code snippets in the ticket description, surround them with curley braces like {{{code snippet}}}. Read more about formatting on the WikiFormatting page.
