Description

I appreciate your need for bug feedback, but not asking before installing a component that will load in _every_ application I run is just wrong. Please change CD to either ask before installing SCR or just don't install it all.

Replaced with UKCrashReporter. However, crashes that occur before the launch of the application has succeeded (eg. in the Java Runtime) that are permanent and reproducable won't be catched anymore.
